Traffic restrictions on DN7, at the overpass on A0, for the installation of the last beams

The Bucharest Regional Directorate of Roads and Bridges has announced traffic restrictions on DN7, between km 17+020 and km 17+090, for the installation of beams related to the overpass at the junction with the Bucharest Motorway – A0.

During the period 04.08.2026 – 06.08.2026, traffic will be closed between 22:00 and 06:00.

Traffic will be redirected through alternative routes, and road users are advised to drive cautiously and to respect the temporary signage.

The works are part of Lot 1 of A0 North, and the contractor Retter has announced that the last beams are being raised, with traffic expected to be opened earlier than the contractual deadline.

Additionally, a new roundabout will be constructed in Buftea to eliminate a traffic black spot, with the project being funded from European funds and the state budget.
