The Infotrafic Center is closing traffic on the A3 between Nușfalău and Suplacu de Barcău for motorway construction works

Road traffic will be closed in both directions on the A3 motorway between the Nușfalău interchange and Suplacu de Barcău, Sălaj County, starting Thursday. The measure is necessary for works to complete the Brașov–Târgu Mureș–Cluj–Oradea Motorway, in the area connecting the Suplacu de Barcău–Chiribiș and Suplacu de Barcău–Nădășelu sections.

The affected sector lies between kilometres 66+500 and 79+854. Contractors will connect a ramp that will cross over the A3 at DN 19B, as well as establish the connection between the motorway’s two subsections.

Restrictions will also be imposed on DN 19B in the same area, between kilometres 42+250 and 42+750. Traffic will proceed on one lane in each direction, with vehicles diverted onto the opposite lane and the newly built structure. Access to the locality of Marca via DC 93 will be maintained through the new ramp.

While the A3 is closed, drivers travelling between Marghita and Nușfalău in both directions will be directed along DN 19B: Marghita – Satu Barbă – Suplacu de Barcău – Ip – Nușfalău. Signs indicating the detour routes will be installed on DN 19B and DN 1H.
