After the completion of the selection for the leadership of the Romanian Waters, the Minister of Environment, Diana Buzoianu, has begun the recruitment process for a new general director for Romsilva, an institution affected by corruption scandals. Buzoianu emphasized the importance of attracting foresters and specialists, appealing with motivational messages. The future director must be capable of increasing the forested area, integrating innovative technologies, and combating corruption.
Additionally, experience in developing scientific works and skills in institutional dialogue are required. The minister encouraged professionals to participate in the selection, mentioning that only candidates of good faith will be considered. The salary of the general director can reach 44,000 lei gross.
