The High Court of Cassation and Justice declared inadmissible the appeal filed by Vlad Pascu, sentenced to 10 years in prison for the traffic accident in 2 Mai, in which two young people died. The decision is final and was made following the upholding of the sentence by the Constanța Court of Appeal, which emphasized the seriousness of dangerous behavior in traffic.

Vlad Pascu was found guilty of manslaughter, bodily harm, and driving a vehicle under the influence of prohibited substances. The accident occurred on DN 39, when his car crashed into a group of people, and he left the scene of the crime. The court established that there was no intent to kill, but emphasized the need for a severe response to prevent such incidents.
