Ciprian Ciucu announced the renovation of the Bucharest Pinacoteca, with a funding contract of 71.5 million lei, and the total cost of the works will be 104.5 million lei.

The Mayor of the Capital, Ciprian Ciucu, announced on Facebook that the Bucharest Pinacoteca will be renovated, after the building was affected by earthquakes from the last century. A non-reimbursable funding contract, worth 71.5 million lei, has been signed for this project.

Ciucu specified that the works will last approximately three years, and at the end, the artworks from the Pinacoteca's collection will be permanently displayed. The total value of the restoration works will amount to 104.5 million lei, thus highlighting the authorities' commitment to revitalizing the cultural heritage of the capital.
