The incident took place at 65 Vergului Road, where the man tied himself to the crane with a chain. Witnesses called 112 and police, firefighters and negotiators arrived on the scene. The reason for the extreme act is unknown and authorities advise people to avoid the area. The incident comes shortly after a similar incident when another man climbed on a crane to protest.
