Snow removal equipment is operating in Transylvania and Moldova, and so far, there are no blocked roads. However, traffic is difficult in the counties of Bistrița-Năsăud, Caraș-Severin, Maramureș, Mureș, and Suceava. The traffic police recommend that drivers check the weather conditions and ensure that their vehicles are properly equipped. Additionally, meteorologists announce an intensification of the frost, with maximum temperatures between -10 and 0 degrees and minimums frequently below -19 degrees. Light snowfall will continue, especially in mountainous areas, and the wind will intensify the blizzard. Fog and hoarfrost will reduce visibility in low-lying areas.
