Horațiu Cosma criticizes the negligence of CNAIR in managing the A0 North Highway: "A clear example of administrative negligence"

Horațiu Cosma, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Transport, criticized CNAIR for the fact that the Bucharest Ring Road A0 North was completed without the three planned connection nodes, from Mogoșoaia, Corbeanca, and Băcu, which affects traffic and local access.

He emphasized that the situation represents an "administrative negligence" on the part of CNAIR, which did not anticipate the problems during the design stage. The node at Băcu is in a separate project, and in Chitila, the node ramps stop before DN 7. In Mogoșoaia, the connection to DN1A will only be completed in 2027.

Cosma requested CNAIR and the contractor to provide temporary solutions to allow the use of the highway, including the construction of temporary ramps and roundabouts. He stressed that these issues should have been resolved three years ago, and the management of large infrastructure projects needs to be more professional to avoid such situations in the future.
