The National Meteorological Administration has issued an orange weather warning for Ilfov County, valid on Sunday. The warning predicts torrential downpours that will accumulate between 25 and 40 l/m², frequent lightning strikes, and wind intensifications, with gusts of 60 up to 75 km/h. Additionally, small to medium-sized hail is expected, with a diameter between 1 and 3 cm. The affected areas include Moara Vlăsiei, Snagov, Ciolpani, Petrăchioaia, and Dascălu. To inform the population in these areas, a message has been sent through the RO-ALERT system. Authorities recommend adhering to safety measures to protect people and property, including avoiding travel in severe weather conditions and securing homes against the elements.
