The Ministry of Education has reported that 6,587 students were absent from the Romanian language test of the national assessment and 3 were eliminated. Only 152,639 out of 159,229 eighth graders enrolled took the exam. Compared to the simulation 3 months ago, the number of students enrolled decreased by 14,000, indicating a non-attendance rate of 8.1%. The timetable for the national assessment for the 2024-2025 school year was also unveiled.
