The Ministry of Education has published the final results of the 2026 Baccalaureate exam, autumn session / Over 10,500 candidates have passed

The Ministry of Education has announced the publication of the final results for the autumn session of the 2026 Baccalaureate exam, available on the platform bacalaureat.edu.ro and in examination centers. The results are anonymized and final, and cannot be modified after the resolution of appeals. Candidates had the opportunity to submit appeals between August 18-20, according to the official calendar.

Over 33,000 candidates registered for this session, nearly 10% more than last year, of which more than 22,000 are from the 2026 graduating class. Among them, 10,510 candidates passed the exam, 887 more than at the initial results announcement, raising the pass rate to 36.9%.

The exam included the unpassed or unrecognized tests from previous sessions. To pass, graduates must take all assessment tests and obtain grades of at least 5 in each written test, as well as an average of 6 in the written tests.
