The MOBEX B-IF-25 mobilization exercise, conducted between October 13 and 20, 2025, in Bucharest and Ilfov County, had an attendance rate of over 80% of reservists. The purpose of the exercise was to evaluate the planning and organization capacity for defense in a partial mobilization situation.

Major General Iulian Daniliuc mentioned that the announcement to reservists was made at a rate of 100%, and the training took place in seven training grounds in neighboring counties, as Bucharest and Ilfov do not have such facilities. Daniliuc also emphasized that military units, after a training period, are declared operational, having full combat capability. MOBEX exercises are essential for verifying the readiness of the operational reserve of the Romanian Army and for strengthening cohesion between reservists and active military personnel. Unjustified absences of reservists are penalized with fines.
