A man died and another was hospitalized following a methanol poisoning in Brașov.

Two men from the locality of Șercăița, Brașov County, were poisoned after allegedly consuming methanol together, one of them dying, while the other was hospitalized. Police officers from the Voila Rural Police Station are conducting investigations under the coordination of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Făgăraș Court, in a criminal case for manslaughter and bodily harm through negligence. The exact cause of death will be determined after the autopsy, and the investigation continues to clarify all aspects.
