Work on Lot 3 of the A0 South motorway is more than 90% complete, and acceptance will start on May 31, with traffic opening in two weeks

The Minister of Transport, Sorin Grindeanu, has announced that Lot 3 of the A0 South Highway is more than 90% completed and that the acceptance procedures will start on May 31, with the opening of traffic in two weeks maximum. This 17-kilometer stretch will allow those coming from Pitesti to bypass Bucharest. CNAIR director Cristian Pistol said the work is at an advanced stage, with completion expected in three weeks, and mentioned possible penalties for delays.
