Horia Constantinescu, former head of ANPC, can return to the head of CJPC Constanta after the Constanta Court suspended the decision of Cristian Popescu Piedone to move him to Ialomita. The court ruled that the removal order is suspended pending a final judgment. The move was challenged by Constantinescu, who considered it an act of intimidation, given that he had pointed out irregularities in the checks carried out. The court decision is not final and can be appealed.
