Health Minister: Inaction on fuel prices affects ambulances

The Minister of Health, Alexandru Rogobete, stated that inaction regarding the control of fuel prices must stop, otherwise he will request a budget revision in two months, due to the risks of remaining without funds for ambulances. In a press conference in Ploiești, he emphasized the difficulty of controlling prices in the context of international increases, but criticized the lack of economic action in Romania.

Rogobete mentioned that prices have increased significantly, which affects the budget of the Ministry of Health. Regarding medications, the minister assured that, although we are on alert due to possible shortages, we are not in crisis. A monitoring group has been created to track stocks of critical medications and price fluctuations.
