The interim president of PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, emphasized that Cristian Popescu Piedone is no longer associated with the party and said that justice must do its duty. Piedone, president of ANPC, was placed under judicial control by DNA for allegedly disclosing confidential information related to an inspection at a hotel in Sinaia. He is accused of improper use of information and the judicial control has been ordered for 60 days.
