After a period of cuts, the price of fuel has increased significantly, reaching over 7 lei per liter at most stations in Bucharest. This is the third consecutive increase in fuel prices. The increase is driven by the appreciation of the Brent crude oil barrel, which has topped 80 dollars due to geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.
