On Saturday morning, the Airport in Craiova canceled two flights to Italy and Great Britain due to dense fog, which reduced visibility on the runway to below 100 meters, below the minimum required for the safe operation of flights. This is the second consecutive day that the airport has been affected by unfavorable weather conditions; on Friday, eight flights were already impacted, and some planes were redirected to other airports in Sibiu, Cluj, and Bucharest. So far, airlines have not provided information about the rescheduling of canceled flights or about ticket refunds for passengers.
