The amendment to the smoke-free law includes a paragraph banning smoking in enclosed public places, but the definition of smoking refers to the inhalation of smoke produced by burning tobacco. Since e-cigarettes do not burn tobacco, they can be used indoors. A draft law currently being debated would ban e-cigarettes and vaping products in premises.
