Diana Buzoianu has appointed members to Romsilva's board of directors, including Mugur Cozmanciuc, who was accused of influence peddling but acquitted in 2023, and Speranța Ionescu, who escaped a criminal corruption case. Buzoianu expressed his dissatisfaction with the contest for the CA, considering that it did not bring the most competent candidates and called for reforming the law on their election. He also stressed the need for depoliticization and transparency in Romsilva's management.
