The project aims to focus financial resources on priority programs with significant impact, such as water and sewerage networks, through the 'Anghel Saligny' Program. It is proposed to conclude the execution contracts by the end of next year and to check the works from own revenue. The work already started will continue, but no new contracts will be signed on non-priority investments, such as the construction of sports halls or the modernization of local infrastructure. The measures are designed to improve budgetary discipline and ensure the completion of important projects.
