<p>Horia Constantinescu, head of CJPC Constanta, coordinated a control action in Eforie Nord, where 12 economic operators were checked. As a result of the violations found, 6 businesses were temporarily closed and fines totaling 60,000 lei were imposed. Constantinescu emphasized the problem of the "excessive dughening" of the seafront, warning that building illegalities in protected areas can have criminal consequences. The authorities will continue to check the legality of these businesses and will continue to notify the competent bodies for possible violations.
