Gigi Becali, the owner of FCSB, commented in his characteristic style on the political landscape at the level of the sectors of the Capital, making a direct and surprising comparison between Ciprian Ciucu and Daniel Băluță.

The landowner from Pipera expressed his appreciation for the mayor of Sector 6, Ciprian Ciucu, whom he considers a true intellectual, placing him in contrast with the mayor of Sector 4. Becali emphasized the difference between education and the ability to "manage oneself".

"Ciucu is smarter. He is a smart man, he has education," declared Gigi Becali, highlighting the academic background of the liberal.

In contrast, when it came to Daniel Băluță, the financier of the red and blue team used a more ironic tone, labeling him as cunning, but not necessarily educated: "Băluță was just crafty. He is not smart, he is crafty." This clear distinction made by Becali between intelligence and "craftiness" has sparked numerous reactions in the public space.
