Augustin Zegrean, former judge of the Constitutional Court, criticized the Government for managing the special pension reform for magistrates, emphasizing that several previous attempts were rejected by the Court.

The former judge of the Constitutional Court stated that the Executive should have approached the project with more tact and collaborated with the magistrates. Zegrean considered Prime Minister Bolojan's threat of resignation, in the event the law fails, as an unjustified pressure on the Court. The law will be debated on September 24.
