ANAF has started inspections in three commercial complexes in Bucharest and Ilfov to combat tax evasion associated with high-risk goods, involving 120 inspectors.

The control actions, initiated on September 10, aim to identify illicit activities related to the acquisition and sale of goods not supported by legal documents. ANAF has sealed over 1,100 storage spaces to verify the origin of the goods and prevent tax fraud. The General Directorate for Fiscal Anti-Fraud continues to monitor and combat evasion, encouraging taxpayers to comply with tax legislation.
