The adopted draft resolution aims at a partnership between the City Hall of Sector 5, the City Hall of Sector 2, the Ministry of Transport, Metrorex and Ilfov County Council for the realization of the M7 metro line. This line will connect the south-west to the north-east of the capital, crossing popular areas, and will include 15 stations over a length of 13 km. The City Hall of Sector 5 will apply for funding for the feasibility study, considering the initiative an essential step in the sustainable development of transport in Bucharest and Ilfov.
