A 72-year-old man from Cluj-Napoca was accused of public indecency after he masturbated on a bus full of passengers, including minors, on February 2. The incident occurred around 1:00 PM, and the man got off at the first stop and disappeared, but was later found by the police.

Initially detained for 24 hours, he was placed under judicial control for 60 days and is no longer allowed to use public transport. Prosecutors justified this measure by the need to make him understand the importance of respecting the law and moral standards in social interactions.
