A 55-year-old man was detained after he broke the window of an access door to the Nicolae Grigorescu station and exhibited aggressive behavior.

An incident occurred at the Nicolae Grigorescu subway station, where a 55-year-old man was detained by police after attempting to enter with a shopping cart onto the platform. Around 1:30 PM, the man forced the access gate and broke the glass between the turnstiles, causing panic among passengers.

The police officers of the Public Transport Police Brigade – Metro Police Service were notified and intervened quickly, identifying the aggressor. He resisted arrest, fighting with the security agents. Authorities are set to decide whether the man will be admitted to the 'Prof. Dr. Alexandru Obregia' Clinical Psychiatric Hospital, considering his inappropriate behavior. Investigations are ongoing to clarify all circumstances of the incident.
