Rapid Bucharest is proposing to strengthen the club's management at the end of the season, after they were left without Daniel Sandu, the head of the Scouting Department. The current sports director, the Italian Mauro Pederzoli, will not continue in Giulești, and the club is preparing for a major change. Journalist Emanuel Roșu announced that Pederzoli will leave at the end of the season, and Rapid is looking for a suitable replacement. The club's leaders, Dan Șucu and Victor Angelescu, have set their sights on Marius Bilașco, the current sports manager at CFR Cluj. Bilașco, who is part of the technical management of the team from Gruia, is considered an ideal candidate to take over the position left vacant by Pederzoli. This move could bring a new direction to Rapid's transfer strategy for the upcoming season.
