Corvinul Hunedoara, a recently promoted team in the football Superliga, aims to significantly strengthen this summer to have a competitive run in the next season. After the transfer of Jordanian defender Mo Abualnadi, who played at the 2026 World Cup, the club has announced other notable acquisitions. Ghanaian midfielder Emmanuel Yeboah, previously sold by CFR Cluj to Brondby for two million euros, returns to the Superliga signing a contract for two seasons, with an option to extend.
Corvinul also presented Serbian defender Mihajlo Ivančević, who signed a one-year contract with an option to extend. Ivančević joined Corvinul after a stint with Lyngby and has also played for teams such as Odds and Odense. These transfers underline the club's ambitions to establish itself in the championship.
