The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova will meet on October 16, 2025, to examine and decide whether to validate the results of the parliamentary elections of September 28, 2025. The Central Electoral Commission has submitted the necessary report, including the minutes of the results centralization and the lists of elected deputies. After validation, the president will convene the new Parliament, which will elect the leadership and appoint a prime minister. Following the elections, five political parties have obtained mandates.
