The governing coalition meeting is scheduled for Tuesday at 14:00, where party leaders will discuss the reform of judges' pensions, following the Constitutional Court's (CCR) decision that declared the law unconstitutional on procedural grounds. Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan emphasized that the reform remains an important objective, mentioning that the current privileges are socially and budgetarily unbearable.

The interim president of PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, will propose the formation of a working group to discuss a new form of the law, involving dialogue with the High Court of Cassation and Justice (ICCJ) and judges' associations. Additionally, the coalition will decide on the date of the elections for the Capital City Hall, considering two options: November 30 and December 7. PSD has refused to organize the elections with a common candidate from PNL-USR, which could affect the stability of the coalition.
