The coalition leaders will meet for the first time after the Constitutional Court declared the law regarding the reform of judges' pensions unconstitutional, which the Government had assumed responsibility for. Among the topics of discussion are the mandate of Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan and the organization of elections for the Bucharest City Hall.

After the CCR's decision, the leader of the PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, stated that Bolojan should not resign, while AUR has called for his resignation. Sources suggest that there has been discussion about the possibility of Bolojan leaving, and for the interim, Cătălin Predoiu or Alexandru Nazare could be appointed. Grindeanu proposed the formation of a working group to reformulate the law on judges' pensions.

Regarding the local elections, Grindeanu proposed the date of November 30, while the leader of USR suggested December 7. Discussions about a possible PNL-USR alliance were also mentioned.
