Adrian Lebedinschi, the representative of the "Patriotic" electoral bloc, requested the invalidation of the results, accusing the President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, of using administrative resources in favor of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS). Additionally, the voter turnout percentage was discussed, with Angelica Caraman, the president of the CEC, explaining how it is calculated.

The Constitutional Court confirmed that there are no active challenges in the courts, and the CEC declared the elections valid, presenting details about the number of voters and the distribution of mandates in the new parliament.
