The court decided that the Central Electoral Commission must reexamine the request of the 'Moldova Mare' party for registration in the parliamentary elections, after the CEC rejected the list of candidates due to the failure to meet the 40% representation quota for both sexes. The CEC excluded one candidate from the list for legal reasons, which affected the representation ratio. The court's decision can be challenged in the Supreme Court of Justice. The party is associated with Ilan Șor, and investigations have revealed the involvement of priests in the electoral campaign for Victoria Furtună.
