Maia Sandu, the President of the Republic of Moldova, stated in an interview with Deutsche Welle Romania that it is necessary to form a defense coalition against Russia's hybrid attacks, which are becoming increasingly complex and difficult to manage.

Sandu mentioned the importance of collaboration at the bilateral level, but also within the European Union and beyond, to protect freedom of expression and strategic infrastructure. She also highlighted the need to increase resilience in the field of cybersecurity, considering the sabotage actions observed not only in Moldova but also in other EU member states.
