On December 2, the President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, will lead a meeting of the National Security Council (CNS) in Chișinău. During this meeting, CNS members will analyze information and cyber security risks, as well as the phenomenon of illegal financing. Additionally, necessary measures will be discussed to strengthen the resilience of the state and society in the face of hybrid threats and disinformation campaigns targeting the Republic of Moldova.
After the meeting, Maia Sandu will hold a press conference at 16:30. The CNS is led by the country's president, and its secretary is presidential advisor Stanislav Secrieru. The composition of the CNS includes high-ranking officials, such as the President of Parliament, the Prime Minister, and other ministers.
