The Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR) party from Romania has decided to withdraw from the parliamentary elections in the Republic of Moldova, arguing that this step is necessary to avoid fragmenting the vote and to prevent division. Although AUR Romania is not registered in the electoral competition, AUR Moldova, led by Boris Volosatîi, emphasizes that it is an independent party and will continue to participate in elections. AUR Romania expresses its support for competitors who respect the history of Romanians on both sides of the Prut.
