<p>Ghinea explained that according to parliamentary procedures, an MP can only sign one motion of no confidence per session, and signing the motion proposed by AUR would mean blocking the possibility of initiating another similar motion after the presidential elections. He suggested that AUR might have a deal with PSD leader Marcel Ciolacu to keep his post as prime minister.
