Tanczos Barna: "For UDMR, the red line is the participation or even support of a government from AUR"

Deputy Prime Minister Tanczos Barna emphasized that UDMR will not accept to be part of a government that includes the Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR), considering this situation a "red line" for the party.

In a statement to Digi24, Tanczos described the current political context in Romania as "complicated," mentioning that each party has its own limits. UDMR will not enter a coalition that would include AUR, emphasizing that there will be no UDMR ministers in such a government.

Tanczos Barna expressed hope that, in the coming weeks, the political situation will clarify and there will be a "de-escalation," essential for continuing the dialogue between political parties.
