Roxana Mînzatu, the European Commissioner nominated by Romania, will be heard on November 12 by the European Parliament's committees.

Roxana Mînzatu's hearing will take place on November 12, as she has been appointed executive vice-president of the European Commission for people, skills and training. The hearing will be attended by MEPs from four relevant committees, and Mînzatu will manage social policies which account for 20% of the EU's multiannual budget. She stressed the importance of investing in the workforce, quality of work and social protection.
