The former Secretary General of the Government, Radu Oprea, made serious accusations against Dragoș Pîslaru, claiming that he misinformed Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan regarding the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). Oprea argues that the travel report sent by Pîslaru after the visit to Brussels does not reflect the real risks related to the payment request number 3, omits information about possible financial losses, and focuses on positive aspects. The dispute centers on the implementation of the PNRR milestones, where Romania is said to have lost approximately 200 million euros. Oprea also criticizes the changes in the negotiation team with the European Commission, claiming that professionals from the General Secretariat of the Government have been removed, affecting the results. He emphasizes that the funds received for the AMEPIP milestone are the result of the work of the technical team from the SGG, not of Pîslaru or Oana Gheorghiu.
