PSD, PNL and USR collaborated in the following month on the adoption of the censure motion, voting similarly in 92% of the legislative projects in the Chamber of Deputies.

The main political groups had the same opinions in two-thirds of the cases. In the Senate, 66% of the 60 legislative initiatives were treated similarly by PSD, PNL and USR. The leaders of the parliamentary groups provided various explanations, emphasizing that many of the projects were already under discussion from the previous coalition period. Although there were divergences, such as the vote on the amendment of the Fiscal Code, the majority of the projects were supported jointly.

The president of USR, Dominic Fritz, raised questions about a possible functional majority between PSD and AUR, especially after PSD obtained the presidency of the Romanian Cultural Institute with the support of AUR.
