Sorin Grindeanu declared war on the "hashtags" from USR and PNL: "I announce something to you: from this moment on, we will fight on all grounds with these hashtags, on all grounds, in communes, in towns, in the Parliament of Romania, wherever it is needed"

The president of PSD declared that, starting now, the party will intensify its actions against political opponents, using all available means, including social networks. He emphasized that PSD will "fight on all fronts," whether it is in communes, cities, or the Romanian Parliament, to combat what he considers to be a "plague" affecting Romania. The president mentioned that there will be no more compromises with those who attack PSD, emphasizing that, although the party has never resorted to criminal complaints, it will do so if the legal framework is exceeded. This statement highlights PSD's determination to counteract the criticisms and attacks coming from opponents.

"At this moment we have a country in which the picture looks like this: we have a government dismissed for over 70 days, with a record number of votes, we have a party president from this remaining governmental coalition who is convicted, we have a general mayor accused of having become general mayor by taking bribes for panels and for who knows what, we have a party, PNL, which from morning till night attacks the justice system because certain decisions of the justice system, which, lo and behold, affect certain PNL leaders, were only good when they were related to PSD. This is the picture. And they still have the audacity, from PSD which is in opposition, swearing from morning till night, if you look from the motion onwards, the only public policy of this remaining coalition is swearing against PSD, from morning till night. I announce you something: from this moment, we will fight on all fronts with these hashtags, on all fronts, in communes, in cities, in the Romanian Parliament, wherever needed, because it seems that it is a plague that has engulfed Romania and it is our duty to fight them and I will do this. We will no longer make any compromises with these gentlemen who, from my point of view, have only one public policy, swearing against PSD," said Sorin Grindeanu, on Monday evening, at Romania TV.
