<p>In his first press conference at the Cotroceni, Nicușor Dan said that he aims to finalize on Monday a first draft of the government program, welcoming the openness of PSD, PNL, USR and UDMR parties to participate in the formation of the new executive. The President underlined that the discussions had focused on the program, without addressing the names of potential ministers. Consultations with the parties also covered fiscal measures and reducing the budget deficit.
