Kelemen Hunor, the leader of UDMR, commented on the vote on the simple motion against the Minister of Environment, Diana Buzoianu, emphasizing that it highlights serious problems in the functioning of the governing coalition. He mentioned that, according to the coalition protocol, members should not vote on simple or censure motions, and the recent vote can be interpreted as a violation of this agreement. Hunor expressed skepticism regarding the dismissal of the minister, stating that there are no legal obligations in this regard.

He characterized the current situation of the coalition as "serious" and described it as "dysfunctional," highlighting the political blockages that affect the governing capacity. A coalition meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, where the vote on the motion and the functioning of the alliance will be discussed. The simple motion was initiated by AUR and was adopted with the support of PSD.
