The president of PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, expressed dissatisfaction regarding the delay in government decisions concerning the mitigation of the effects of rising fuel prices.

Grindeanu stated that, two weeks ago, he requested the Minister of Energy, Bogdan Ivan, to present proposals within the governing coalition, but no concrete measures have been taken. Sorin Grindeanu also emphasized that the responsibility lies exclusively with the Executive, especially the Prime Minister and the Ministers of Finance and Energy, and not with Parliament.

In this context, he says that he cannot do more than ask publicly for the adoption of quick solutions. His criticisms come in a context where other countries have already implemented measures to combat rising prices.
