AUR leader George Simion said he did not sell the presidential election and responded to accusations of external pressure. He stressed that he had done his best to stop attacks on him and his family. Simion distanced himself from Gigi Becali, saying he was not a friend and lied about his involvement in the campaign. He also called for investigating bodies to look into Becali's accusations.
