The designated Prime Minister Eugen Tomac announced on Thursday that he has finalized the list of ministers and will send the political parties' government program during the day and will request new consultations.
"The deadline I have is to present the government program and the Cabinet list on Sunday. I have already presented the Cabinet to the parties. We will send, during the course of today, the government program and, of course, I will go again to discuss with the political parties to request their support, because in the meantime I have managed to finalize the list of ministers and the government program, precisely to discuss the government program in a practical manner," Tomac stated on RFI Romania.
Tomac emphasizes the importance of compromise and dialogue, reiterating that he is open to discussions regarding each name on the ministers' list.
He is also willing to accept proposals from the parties for adjusting the list.
The designated Prime Minister highlighted the urgent need for a Government to address economic issues and attract European funds, emphasizing that the current political situation affects stability and the interest of investors in Romania.
